To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
